Application of cone crusher in metal ore crushing

Cone crusher is mainly used in the medium and fine crushing stages to crush the ore to a particle size suitable for grinding, so as to improve the subsequent mineral processing efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

(1) Iron ore crushing

Application scenarios: crushing of magnetite, hematite, limonite, etc.

Crushing process:

Coarse crushing (jaw crusher) → medium crushing (cone crusher, particle size 50-150mm) → fine crushing (cone crusher, particle size 10-25mm) → ball mill
